Our leases are month-to-month, so keep your unit for however long you need. Pay rent 12 months advance and receive the 13th month FREE.

Please bring a valid form of government-issued ID. Choose from a passport, military ID, state ID, or a driver’s license.

We sell Bader third-party insurance that is optional but not required. We offer a range of coverage from $2000 to $5,000. Contact our resident manager for more information and details.It is Occupant's responsibility to provide insurance protecting his/her person and all Personal property stored in the Unit against all damages caused by fire, vandalism, theft, water, wind, an act of God, or any other cause; Occupant understands that Owner does not ensure Occupant or Occupant's property.

Only you (as a tenant) have access to your unit. You have a key to your own lock and are able to come inside the facility and directly to your unit. Whoever’s name is on the lease has rights to the storage space.
