Our address is 2417 3rd Avenue Longmont, CO 80503. You will drive past the 1st Self Storage Facility on 3rd Ave. Our storage is the 2nd Self Storage Facility that is newer with green doors.

You can access your storage anytime you need, 24/7.

Our office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are open 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday & Sunday.

Our leases are month-to-month, so keep your unit for however long you need. Pay rent 12 months advance and receive the 13th month FREE.

Please bring a valid form of government-issued ID. Choose from a passport, military ID, state ID, or a driver’s license.

We sell Bader third-party insurance that is optional but not required. We offer a range of coverage from $2,000 to $5,000. Contact our resident manager for more information and details.

It is the occupant's responsibility to provide insurance protecting his/her person and all personal property stored in the Unit against all damages caused by fire, vandalism, theft, water, wind, an act of God, or any other cause. The occupant understands that the owner does not ensure the occupant or occupant's property.

Only you (as a tenant) have access to your unit. You have a key to your own lock and are able to come inside the facility and directly to your unit. Whoever’s name is on the lease has rights to the storage space.

Use your personal passcode to get inside. Enter it into the keypad whenever you need to visit

Pay your monthly storage bill online right here on our website. Create an account or sign up for autopay to avoid missing a payment.

Sign up for autopay and your monthly payment will be charged to a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card on the same day each month. You can pay in person with our resident manager with a credit card, cash, or personal check. Pay online or call us to pay as well.

We offer complimentary truck rental reimbursement at move-in for our medium and large units. Contact our resident manager for more information and details.

Yes, once the appropriate paperwork is completed. Contact our resident manager.

Always. The property is under 24-hour video surveillance, a computer-controlled entry gate, 7’ barbed wire, motion detection, and excellent lighting.

Give us a call to discuss your reservation, in some cases we can book your self-storage reservation 14 days in advance.

We offer a free complimentary lock to each customer at the time of move-in.  Feel free to use your own lock if you wish. We offer moving supplies for sale at the facility.

Vacate at any time by notifying management. A minimum of 7 days notice of move out date is needed.
